Javier Villacampa is Group VP, Innovation and Sustainability Director, Steering Committee Member of the Antolin (Tier 1 Automotive parts; www.antolin.com/).

His responsibilities currently include Innovation, Research and Sustainability from strategy and business opportunities assessment to sales accountability in all development steps of new products.

He holds M. Sc. Science, Chemical Engineering from the University of Zaragoza and, MBA and PADE from IESE Business School, University of Navarra.

He has more than 20 years of experience working in manufacturing industry. Prior to entering in Grupo Antolin, Mr. Villacampa mainly worked at:
