Claudio holds a Master's degree in Engineering and also is a Lawyer. He has more than 18 years of professional experience in the following areas: consulting, industrial property consulting, industrial property, litigation in the same field. Claudio is specialist in intellectual property law, mainly in Patents, Utility Models and Industrial Designs, Utility Models and Industrial Designs as well as in litigation in the area of Patents, technical Patents, technical opinions, expert opinions in the area of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering and currently also participates in the Aerospace area of the firm, being certified in AS9100 and NADCAP. He has been a lecturer in Mexico and abroad in events organized by different associations, universities and governmental agencies on topics related to industrial property and innovation. Claudio has been recognized by the publication Leaders League in its publication "INNOVATION TECHNOLOGY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY" as: Leading Lawyer/Engineer in Industrial Property litigation, as well as an Excellent Lawyer in matters of obtaining Intellectual Property Rights. Also, he has been singled out by the magazine "Lideres Mexicanos" (“Mexican Leaders”) as one of the Leading Lawyers in Mexico in the Intellectual Property practice.
