Rafael Harillo Gómez-Pastrana serves as a Lawyer and Space Consultant, taking the helm as Founder, Partner, and Director of STARDUST CONSULTING, while also assuming a Senior Adviser role at IFG Europe. His expertise spans the legal and technical realms, with memberships on the Board of Directors of ASOCIACION ESPAÑOLA DE DERECHO AERONAUTICO Y ESPACIAL (AEDAE) and other international space legal associations. Holding a Master's degree in Business Law, Rafael contributed to shaping global space legislation. He augmented his legal background with studies in Aerospace Engineering at M.I.T, participation in the Executive Space Course at ISU, and courses in Planetary Science and Life Research at the OPEN UNIVERSITY, Cambridge, London. Additionally, Rafael is also a private pilot.
