Alexandre Ribeil is a French and European patent attorney with 15 years of experience in IP. Having started his career as an R&D engineer at Orange Labs, he decided to move into the field of patents, attracted by the diversity and technical nature of this profession. He first worked in private practice at Casalonga, then in industry at Valeo where he eventually supervised an IP team involved in numerous patent filings and litigations. He joined Amadeus in 2017, where he gained extensive experience in prosecuting software-related inventions. He recently completed both an LLB and an LLM, and he is highly skilled at leveraging his legal knowledge to craft innovative strategies for seizing opportunities or mitigating risks. He was recently promoted to lead a team of Intellectual Property Specialists to manage the IP data lifecycle and oversee legal and technical processes from Innovation Capture to IP Utilisation.
