After enjoying a short career as a Universal signed artist, Isabel Urzáiz entered the music industry as an executive in 2007, when she joined Sony Music as a member of the Business and Legal Affairs team for Spain. She held the role of Business and Legal Affairs Director for Spain and Portugal until 2020, when she joined the Sony Music global Business and Legal Affairs team as Associate International General Counsel.
