Rinaldo G. Plebani is a European and Italian Patent, Design and Trade Mark Attorney and qualified litigator in front of UPC. Partner in the Intellectual Property Firm Studio Torta S.p.A. and Former managing partner of the Milan office of the Firm, he moved back in Torino main office in 2002. Graduated in Chemical Engineering at “Politecnico di Torino” his practice extends from mechanical to chemical, pharma and biotech technologies, and plant variety protection. He deals with most aspects of patent law, including drafting and prosecution, licensing and litigation, at Italian, European and International level. He is member of a number of IP associations and currently serves as President of LES Italy and as Chair of the SDG-IP Index Committee of LESI.
