Juliane Buchinski is Lead IP Litigation Counsel Europe at ZTE and is based in Düsseldorf, Germany. She is responsible for ZTE's IP litigation, including IP strategy and IP policy across Europe. Since 2015, she is defining ZTE's IP litigation strategy and has been involved in a variety of cases specifying the case law on FRAND matters. Prior to joining ZTE, Juliane was a patent litigator at the international law firm Hogan Lovells (2008-2015).
