Stephanie specialises in IP disputes and her work concerns the protection, exploitation, and enforcement of the full range of intellectual property rights; trademarks, patents, copyright, moral rights, design, and confidential information – with clients in creative industries, technology, retail and medical. She advises clients at all stages of the litigation lifecycle on UK and cross-border disputes, in the UK IPEC, High Court, and Court of Appeal. She has experience advising on domain name ownership and website issues, including Nominet’s Dispute Resolution Service and UDRP/URS applications to obtain transfer of infringing domain names. She also advises businesses on IP issues such as advertising campaigns and management of trademark portfolios within the UKIPO and EUIPO regimes.
